We’d seen plenty of tools promise magic for page and theme creation, but they always under-delivered. Transjt proved to be the exception. Their platform made the transition from a complex Figma file to a HubSpot theme fast and accurate, while their team provided timely and outstanding support whenever we needed assistance. Without them, it would have taken longer and cost us significantly more to handle in-house. They turned a complex project into a smooth success.

A stress-free website migration to HubSpot CMS
Your website, relaunched on HubSpot in days, not months. We rebuild your design as a native HubSpot theme, move your pages, blog and forms, and set up the redirects so your rankings stay. You answer a few questions and approve the result; everything in between is our job.
-
A person reads your brief
No bot replies. We go through your answers and come back with a plan, a fixed price and a launch date.
-
You approve before launch
You check the finished website before your domain switches. Nothing goes live without your OK.
-
No code on your side
Theme, pages and forms are set up in your HubSpot. You don't have to touch the technical part. Just relax and wait till transjt does everything.
-
Money back if we're late
If your website isn't live on time and we can't fix it within 5 business days, you get your money back.
What moves from WordPress, and what stays behind
WordPress exports your posts and pages as an XML file, and HubSpot can import blog posts from it. What the export can't carry is the site itself: your theme is PHP, page builders like Elementor, Divi or WPBakery store layouts as shortcodes and their own data, and plugins only run on WordPress. So a move to HubSpot is always a rebuild. We rebuild your design from the live site as a native HubSpot theme and move all your content into it.
-
Themes and page builders become modules
A WordPress theme is PHP, and page-builder layouts only render with their plugin. We rebuild every template and section from the live site as a HubSpot module your team edits without a developer.
-
Posts, pages and custom post types move
Posts move into the HubSpot blog with dates, authors, images, categories and tags. Custom post types and ACF fields become pages, modules, blog posts or HubDB tables.
-
WordPress forms become HubSpot forms
Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms and Elementor forms are rebuilt as native HubSpot forms, so new submissions land in your CRM instead of a mailbox. Save your old submissions first.
-
Redirects for changed URLs
WordPress permalinks often carry dates or category paths, such as /2024/05/post-name/. Pages keep their paths where HubSpot allows it, every changed URL gets a 301 redirect, and the redirects you already have move too.
-
Your domain and email stay
Only the DNS records for your website change. Your email (MX records) keeps working, and the domain stays with your current registrar or host.
-
Plugins are checked
Plugins don't move. Yoast or Rank Math titles and meta descriptions are kept; for memberships, bookings, LMS or custom code we name the HubSpot replacement or quote it separately.
-
Every language moves
Sites with WPML, Polylang or TranslatePress move as HubSpot language versions, with a language switcher and hreflang tags for search engines.
-
Media library
The images and files your pages use come out of the WordPress media library and are uploaded to HubSpot's file manager, with their alt texts.
-
WooCommerce is quoted separately
Products export as CSV, but a shop needs its own plan. The scan counts your products, and we quote that part separately.
Days instead of weeks
A typical WordPress site with 10 to 30 pages and two or three page templates. The calculator above shows the timeline for yours.
| Phase | Traditional agency | transjt |
|---|---|---|
| Theme build | 2–3 weeks | 1 day |
| Content transfer | 1 week | 1 day |
| Redirects and checks | Up to 1 week | Half a day |
| Time to launch | 3–5 weeks | 2–3 days |
Agency timeline: a typical range for 10–30 pages with 2–3 templates; your agency may be faster or slower.
How the move works
-
1
Scan your WordPress site
Enter your address in the calculator above. We read your pages, blog and languages, and you confirm what stays. On older sites, some pages are better merged or dropped than moved.
-
2
Confirm scope and price
Choose a 1:1 move or a redesign, see your fixed price and launch date, and send the request. We confirm both by email within one business day.
-
3
We rebuild and move
Your design becomes a native HubSpot theme. Pages, posts, forms, titles and meta descriptions move with it.
-
4
Review and switch
You check everything on HubSpot. Then your domain points from your WordPress host to HubSpot and the redirects go live.

What our clients say
Very precise design export, and really useful because components don’t get exported as images.
Transjt is an amazing tool that saved me tons of time. Support is amazing with great response time and helped me with a lot of things, gave useful tips. Try this out, you won’t regret it. I will keep using it to create landing pages for my SaaS clients.
Great extension, simple to use.
Easy onboarding and has a great UI. Importing is fast, and the AI enhancements are decent. Good price. Easy to integrate as well.
This tool is amazing! It saved me hours of manual coding by converting my Figma designs into clean, responsive layouts. The AI does an incredible job of detecting elements, and the transfer process is smooth and very fast. Highly recommended for anyone looking to speed up their workflow!
I opened a support ticket with transjt.io and could not believe how amazing their support was. They were responsive, helpful, and could not have been nicer. They even went above and beyond and helped me with something in HubSpot on our site.
I could not be happier with transjt.io and highly recommend them.
I love the Figma connector, it makes creating themes so much easier - very excited to continue to use this tool as we ramp up our marketing strategy.
Great tool to export fast design to WordPress.
We’re using it to automate all the drag and drop modules. It’s working very well and we’ve been able to create modules with a high degree of customization. It’s greatly increasing the team’s productivity!
Great tool, that really helped us getting from Figma to HubSpot. See the result here: www.vendortell.com
Solid plugin, enjoying the experience so far.
Turning the Figma design of our new website into a HubSpot webpage was extremely smooth and fast. Saved many hours - if not days - of coding time. Easy and rapid iterations.
Excellent tool that significantly boosted our productivity. The Figma to HubSpot conversion is fast and accurate. It saves hours of manual development when creating HubSpot modules and keeps excellent visual fidelity to the original design.
Very useful and easy to use.
The plugin works really well and is a great solution if you use Figma and want to convert your designs into HubSpot. Once you understand how the system works, transjt becomes a very efficient tool that significantly improves both workflow speed and quality scalability. The support team is responsive and helpful.
Great tool... really made my work easy.
WordPress to HubSpot: your questions
Partly. Under Tools › Export, WordPress gives you an XML file with your posts, pages, categories and tags, and HubSpot's blog import can read the posts. The theme, page-builder layouts, forms and plugin data don't come with it. So we rebuild the design from your live site and move every page and post into it.
Not always. If your website only informs and plays no part in winning customers, WordPress is often enough. The move pays off once the site should bring in leads, or once plugin updates, security patches and hosting take more time than your content: on HubSpot, hosting and updates are included, and forms, page views and contacts land in the CRM your sales team works in.
We move every post into the HubSpot blog for you, with titles, dates, authors, images, categories, tags and the meta descriptions from Yoast or Rank Math, in every language. Every old post URL that changes gets a 301 redirect.
A move always carries some risk. What protects your rankings is keeping your URLs where possible, keeping titles and meta descriptions, and redirecting every changed URL. All three are part of the migration.
The calculator above works out your fixed price as soon as the scan has read your site, and you get the exact numbers by email after a quick confirmation. The price depends on your pages, your blog posts and collection entries, languages and the options you choose. Online shops are quoted separately. For very large sites the calculator prices up to 300 pages, and we confirm the rest in your proposal.
The theme works with every HubSpot plan, including the free one. Which plan fits depends on your number of pages and features like multiple languages. We recommend one in your proposal.
Yes. Every section is a module in HubSpot's drag-and-drop editor. Texts, images and pages are yours to change without a developer.
Your domain is connected to HubSpot when you go live. It stays with your current registrar or host, and only the website's DNS records change, so your email keeps working. Keep your WordPress hosting until the switch.
Yes. HubSpot's blog import brings in your posts, and transjt turns a Figma design or an AI build into a native HubSpot theme. Our WordPress to HubSpot guide walks through that route step by step.
No. Larger sites can move in steps, for example the main pages first and the blog later. Your WordPress site stays online until the switch.
Not much. The scan lists your pages, forms, plugins and tracking. You decide what stays, what gets improved and what is merged or dropped. Save your form submissions, and keep access to your domain and a WordPress admin account at hand.
