A HubSpot site is templates plus content. HubSpot exports the content; nothing exports the templates, because HubL does not run on WordPress. These are the two routes people take to the new front end.

Why there is no one-click export out of HubSpot

A HubSpot site renders HubL on HubSpot's servers. WordPress renders PHP on yours. No converter turns one into the other, which is why every honest answer to “how do I move off HubSpot” involves rebuilding the front end.
