Export Replit to WordPress in four steps

  • Build your frontend in Replit

    Work in the Replit workspace as usual. For a clean conversion, keep the frontend on React with Vite and avoid server-side rendering — Agent will otherwise scaffold a full-stack app whose server layer has to come out first.

  • Connect the Repl to GitHub

    Use Replit's built-in Git integration to push the project to a repository. This is also the point where your work stops living only inside the workspace.

  • Connect the repo to transjt

    Authorize GitHub in your transjt project and select the repository. transjt reads the component tree and determines which parts become PHP templates and which become editable content.

  • Export to WordPress

    Choose WordPress and review the preview. Confirm, and transjt writes a theme folder you install through the WordPress admin — on your hosting, with the Replit deployment free to be switched off.
